Because Mike rightly kicked up a fuss I'm guessing. That's why he sang on In Between as well. I think it all started when theyt done Collision Course with Jay-Z because on the documentary you can see that Chester's not very happy with the whole thing. Then Mike went and started Fort Minor which must've gave Chester a window to say "Hey you can still rap for Fort Minor so lets not do it with Linkin Park anymore".But I don't get why if that was the case, they'd do Bleed it Out, release it as a single, and have Hands Held High too.
