Her hair looks fine to me, I don't know what you were worried about dood.
Scrapped the hair over and over again, this was my last attempt... think I worked on nothing but the hair for around three hours, which is why it turned out as it did. Am really pleased with it - printed a full size copy out last night (it's 6000 pixels high) and it's fucking incredible looking.

looks awesome dude, do you render them in 3d? (i dunno if render is the right word) it looks like you could turn her around like an in game model, if that makes sense?
Hell no mate, this is bona fide "start from scratch" in Photoshop with my Intuos A3 graphic tablet... hard work, but awesome fun
