I woke up to the smell of them this morning for breakfast. Nothing like a roll in sausage and brown sauce to start the day.

I made one of my specialties tonight for Ryn which mainly cosists of Fajitas, bucket loads of mince, mushrooms, onions, peppers various herbs and old smokey bbq fajita sauce. Covered with more of the filling and finished off with cheese before bunging it in the oven for 15mins to bubble the cheese.

All this is accompanied by a salad consisting off spring onions, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, peppers and a dollop of mayonaise.

I've set myself the challenge of making a slightly more advanced spaghetti bolognese for me and Zo this weekend, instead of the bog standard mince/jar of sauce/onion one I usually make (by usually, I haven't even made bolognese in months) by actually creating my own sauce (and I'm not just going to jizz on the mince before anyone says anything). It could turn out either really nice or absolutely horrible :/ I'll let you all know either way though lol.
