I've been sitting here writing Gamescom stuff, then rewarding myself with Sleeping Dogs after a certain amount has been written.
Problem is, I'm now nearly at 50% completion after two/three days, so I'm going to have to seriously ween myself off this before it's too late.
In my top games of the year so far without a doubt, despite some weird finicky things I don't like about it (the constantly changing radio stations, how making a single mistake can cost you a massive cop bonus, how some enemies have seemingly unavoidable attacks (mostly the fat guys when they do non-grapple attacks that aren't telegraphed by the counter indicator) that do massive amounts of damage and how bloody close you have to be to a vehicle to start stealing/entering it).

Fuck that, I've just finished the story in order to force myself to stop playing. Shit's too good. Plus, Walking Dead episode 3 is on Steam soon

Picked this up for 20 quid off Amazon. (Missed the Steam sale due to waiting to get paid)

Still 20 quid is a good price and it looks lush on the PC. Played twenty minutes and looks and feels great. This is going to keep me busy for sometime and looks good for a couple of playthroughs. Looking forward to giving it a lot of attention Thursday when I'm off.
