I know, I know Doublepost.

Me and some friends are playing more regulary again, we found a great and stable server with other cool people. If i remember correctly some of you guys got Arma for DayZ, I'd be happy to shoot some zombies with you people.

I got it a while ago but the controls drive me mad. I dono if it's a mix of a crappy PC and lag but it just all feels really sluggish.

Once I get a new PC though it might be fun to play again.

Waiting for standalone myself. If that can't capture the spark/magic again, then I'll be done with it entirely unfortunately

The game is so reliant upon fantastic atmosphere that I simply cannot play it if I'm not feeling immersed like I was at the start.

Well, we're playing a modded version of the mod... huh, that sounds way more stupid than i thought.

It's called TiMz, you can craft bandages and other stuff now and there are way more vehicles on the map. They also host different events, next sunday there'll be the hunger games tournament. Last Man Standing, different map, random spawnpoint, increased hunger and less food.

I do have this but I'm having a real problem getting to grips with it all. No weapons and no map. I just get eaten alive with no idea how to defend myself.

Any chance someone wanna game sometime so at least I may have some hope?
