    Default Multiple E-mail programs?

Hey there, I'm looking to use more then three e-mail address's at the same time generally to have all three of my hotmail's open via one program and use a third party e-mail that's registered to my website, so that i can send and receive stuff quickly with out having to open a browser page every time i want to send something.

Does Microsoft Outlook do the job, or will i need to use something different, take in mind i still want to make sure that when using my e-mails that I've got maximum protection.

If your sing multiple hotmail emails I think windows live mail will suit you best. Its a free download and part of windows live essentials I think. If you have windows 7 you might already have it.

I fucking despise Windows Live Mail. Didn't get on with it at all, and Microsoft are always changing stuff between updates without telling anyone, in a way that affects its usability in often negative ways. I use Thunderbird, by the same people who make the Firefox browser. Completely customisable and moddable, you can control everything about it. But it's purely down to personal taste and choice, millions of people probably get on very well with Live Mail. Apart from the random and arbitrary changes MS like to pull, it's probably simpler to use in the short term than Thunderbird. Depends what you want from a POP client I guess.

Another vote for Thunderbird. It's really quite nifty. You just put in your username and password, and it configures everything that you expect to configure in MS Outlook on its own.

That sucks, I've always been informed about updates to windows live programs, maybe I'm registered for them.

I've been using windows mail for a long time, well windows live mail when it was released as that and before that outlook express which got replaced by windows live mail. I've tried other clients but they all seem yucky to me, which could be because I am so used to vista and win 7 look and feel. Thunderbird looks like it hasn't been updated visually since windows XP which is why I uninstalled it after 5 mins of using it however it's all about preference try some clients and when you find 1 you like stick to it
