Very annoyed I won't be able to see this from Cornwall.
Solar flares won't kill you, Zero. They might take down the national grid though if it's big enough, so anyone in the north of England or in Scotland may want to make sure their computers, TVs and consoles etc are turned off tonight.
Wouldn't kill people to switch off anyway. Go outside and watch the lights. Lucky gits.
Too cloudy here, we will not be seeing anything... but I will be eternally jealous of everyone that can see them.
Schweeet. Will be totally vanishing onto the flat roof (and hoping that it doesn't collapse) in case we can see this. Sadly, since the cunts at the council tarmaced over part of the nearby field at the station to make a car park, I suspect that there will be far too much light pollution.

Just looked out, you can see a green glow from the suburbs. Thats about it.

You live in Glasgow dude. The suburbs always glow neon green, that's pollution not the Northern Lights.
lol yeah it might be. Dono. Was thinking about taking a walk up the hill to look out over the city but its cold out.
