Its when the Police become so strapped for staff and cash that we can't effectively fight crime. Especially as we live in a society that is going down hill anyway. The PM can preach about how 'Less is more' by being more 'effective' with our current resources.

I've got two things to say that Mr David.

1. I'm one of the people who uses those 'resources' and I've been doing the best job I can with them for the last four years and believe me, there's fuck all difference having less of them is going to make.

2. If I have three thousand police officers and I take away five hundred that leaves me with two thousand five hundred police officers. LESS IS NEVER MORE. It only applies in a metaphorical sense. Never in a physical sense. Its a fucking play on words you moron and even then its open to judgement. If I eat a tiny bit of delicious cake, and I don't 'spoil' it for myself by not eating too much of it, that doesn't really mean that 'less is more'. It just means I won't be vomiting cake in an hours time. It just means I've got some fucking self control.
