All nipples are hairy, it's part of why they're such sensitive areas. It's just that usually the hairs are extremely fine and short and only noticeable if you go hunting for them with a magnifying glass (I do not recommend this if you want to retain access to a lady's lady lumps). If her nipples seemed hairy from a distance, she has one unfortunate hormonal imbalance.
