BLIZZCON® 2011 ANNOUNCED

Blizzard Entertainment’s sixth BlizzCon gaming celebration to be held at Anaheim Convention Center October 21-22, 2011.

IRVINE, California -- February 7, 2011 --
Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced plans for its sixth BlizzCon® gaming convention, to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22, 2011. BlizzCon is a celebration of the global player communities surrounding Blizzard Entertainment’s Warcraft®, StarCraft®, and Diablo® universes.

Was expecting August really, but to have it so late will surely mean the next WoW expansion will be the headline event, possible even Heart of the Swarm as well. Presuming of course D3 has already been released (or due to be released). Would surely be too soon for any news on the D3 expansion.

Nothing about their new MMO "Titan" until 2012 so looks like will be a Warcraft themed year this time round.
