I can clock up 900 Reported crimes for the month of December 2010 from my post code, though my street exists as one of the only streets in Plymouth not to have had any reported crime. Huzzah.

This un-reported crime only means that the police dont know about all the murders carried out on your street because nobody is left alive to report them.
