Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection Giveaway

Shuffling, flesh shredding monsters… the perfect way to start the march towards the weekend.  No, we’re not talking about lunch with the mother in law, we’re talking zombies.  Of course, the undead of the Resident Evil universe are anything but shuffling and could probably outrun the chocolate Hobnob-laden GLHQ crew on a bad day (tbh, so could a a dead armadillo with bad asthma).

Not only do we want to make your weekend a downright terrifying one, but what better way to prep you for the eventual release of Resident Evil 6 than to stage an awesome giveaway and bring you up to speed on the Resi story.  So, up for grabs are a number of digital download codes for the PS3 for Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection.  The collection includes two titles: The Umbrella Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles, which help throw some light on the shady goings on at Umbrella Corporations.

The Umbrella Chronicles features eight playable characters, including Rebecca Chambers, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine. As seen previously in the version for the Wii™ system from Nintendo, the title also features a brand new chapter in Resident Evil history. The Darkside Chronicles plot takes players back to the story of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield trying to escape the nightmares of Raccoon City, while finally revealing the truth behind Leon and Krauser’s feud.

The games have been remastered for the PS3 and feature (don’t shudder) PlayStation Move compatibility, but don’t hold that against them.

How long does the giveaway run?
The giveaway will run until 8pm on Friday 6th July, 2012 and we will pick the winners at random, so get your skates on. Remember, you MUST follow us on Twitter AND tweet the caption, otherwise your entry won’t count. Simply tweeting will not qualify for the draw, sorry.
