Activision Court Scrap Pushed Back to E3 Week

As if it wasn’t a tense enough case, the court date for the West/Zampella vs Activision scrap has now been moved from 29th May to 1st June.  Four days before the start of E3.  No matter if the case gets wrapped up pretty quickly, we don’t really see it finishing before E3 starts, meaning that one of the, potentially, biggest courtroom dramas of recent years will be fought out against the backdrop of one of the biggest industry events of the year.  Not exactly great timing for Activision, but amusing for the rest of us onlookers, who can’t wait or the action to kick off.  Let’s just hope that any dirty secrets that get revealed don’t get buried under the flood of E3 news.
