Alan Wake’s American Nightmare Heads For PC
by GL News
The news that Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (read our XBLA review here) is headed for the PC this month can only be a good thing for graphic lovers/keyboard and mouse jockeys, and considering that the main game, Alan Wake, took almost two years to make it to the PC, AWAN’s relatively early appearance is most welcome. The game will be available through Steam, but if you prefer your stuff DRM free, then it is also – amazingly – available through the wonderful GOG.com, where it can be pre-ordered for $11.24. While the game is flawed and, at times, frustrating, it retains the elements that are quintessentially ‘Wake’, and should hopefully keep fans at bay until we see a proper sequel.
