Replacement Alan Wake DLC Codes On Way

For those champing at the bit, waiting for replacement DLC codes for Alan Wake, Remedy have reassured them that they are on their way. The first Alan Wake DLC – ‘The Signal’, was given away free via a card included in the game box, although some people redeemed their code early and thus invalidated it, leaving them unable to download ‘The Signal’ which was released yesterday. For those unlucky or impatient gamers who tried to cash in their codes early, Remedy have stated that Microsoft will be emailing replacements, so if you’re one of them, keep an eye on your XBL inbox.

Oh dear. Impatient gamers. Although, to be fair, I picked up my copy of Alan Wake yesterday and redeemed my code and nowhere does it say that you shouldn’t redeem it before the release of the DLC.
