Starcraft 2 Midnight Launch Event

Queue jumpers will be vapourised

If you’re one of those Starcraft fans who can’t wait until the postie comes sauntering up your path on the day of release, then the news that Starcraft 2 is getting a midnight launch event, courtesy of Game, should be enough to make your bits bubble . Blizzard have announced midnight release events across Europe for the game which hits on July 26th, and, as always, the place to be in the UK is Oxford Street in London, with Starcraft 2′s lead software engineer, Carl Chimes making an appearance.

So if you fancy burning the midnight oil and being one of the first in the UK to snag the gorgeous looking collector’s edition, then the event starts at 10:30pm, just don’t forget your booties, cos it’s cold outside.
